Hi, I’m Aqsa, the founder and sole provider behind NeuroBytes Behavior. I launched this practice with one goal in mind: to create a space where science meets heart, and where even the tiniest “byte” of progress is worth celebrating.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I hold a master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, with a specialization in autism. I’ve spent over a decade supporting children and adults with autism and other developmental needs, helping them navigate communication delays, behavior challenges, and collaborating with specialists to address feeding issues using tools grounded in ABA and everyday routines.
My training in the SOS Feeding Approach allows me to merge behavioral principles with a compassionate understanding of mealtime struggles. Whether working in homes, clinics, or schools, I lead with collaboration, calm, and a belief that therapy should feel as human as it is effective. My mission? To make progress empowering, natural, and maybe even a little fun.
Outside of sessions, you’ll find me planning my next trip. I’ve been to over 25 countries and never get tired of exploring new cultures, trying unfamiliar foods, and sparking conversations with strangers. I thrive on connection and curiosity, two things that fuel both my work and my sense of adventure.
My commitment to community continues through my role with Thaakat Foundation, where I serve on the event operations team. Whether coordinating logistics or leading efforts to host impactful events, I’ve found purpose in creating spaces that uplift and inspire. Being part of this mission has deepened my belief in showing up, not just as a professional, but as a person rooted in care and action. It’s a cause close to my heart that reminds me daily why service, equity, and community matter.
Ironically, despite needing child-level energy on a daily basis, I don’t drink coffee (yes, really). Instead, I run on meaningful moments, puzzle-solving, time with my favorite people, and the joy of helping little and big minds thrive.
